Our team consists of approximately 100 swimmers each summer ranging in ages from 5 to 18 years old. We compete each season in the St. Tammany Parish Swim League (STSL). Our team has been competing in the Slidell area since the early 1970's against such teams as: The Cross Gates Gators, The Picayune Blue Tide, The Tanglewood Tarpons, The Lakeside Gators, The Slidell Athletic Club Marlins (formerly Magnolia Forest Marlins), The Buccaneer Villa Barracudas, and The Mandeville Sports Complex Stingrays. The Pinewood Porpoise swim team prides itself on having not only one of the top swimming programs in the Slidell area each and every summer, but also having the best family atmosphere combined with competition and fun.
